Directions to the Hotel 16 Prague
Stay in the centre of Prague.
Hotel 16 - U Sv. Kateriny, our familly hotel in Prague centre is located just 8 minutes walking from Wenceslas Square. The hotel is also just a short walk away from the other of Prague's most impressive sights, including Charles Square, the Gothic town hall, National museum, Dvorak museum, National theatre, U Fleků beer hall, stunning building called Dancing House, Oldtown Square, Charles Bridge.
Station of direct Tram (tram number 22) to Prague Castle (that is placed on the top of the hill) is located only 2 minutes walking distance from our hotel (Tickets can be purchased directly at the hotel).
Arriving from the Prague's International Airport Ruzyne
Prague`s Public Transport
When traveling to the Hotel 16 Prague from the Prague`s Ruzyne airport, take a bus number 119 (direction "Dejvicka") outside the departure hall's area. After an about 20 minute ride, get off at the Dejvicka bus stop, which is the subway station of the green line, "A". Once in the subway, take a train going to the direction of "Depo Hostivar" and at the station Museum change the green line, "A" for the red line, "C". Once on the line "C" catch a subway with direction to "Depo Haje" and get off at the I.P.Pavlova station in one stop. When you are up from the subway, walk downhill across the main street. Than just walk down the Katerinska Street (this street is paralel with the main street where the trams are going). It takes you just 5 minutes to walk from the underground station to the Hotel 16 - Prague. Our centraly located hotel is situated on the left hand side next to the botanical garden.
For the transport from the airport to the hotel you can also take taxi, CEDAS (minibus, take up to 8) or we can arrange for you hotel pick up.
Hotel pickup
In case of your interest we will be happy to organize for you the hotel pickup. Driver waits for you in the arrival hall with the poster and your name on it. Fixed price for 1 - 4 persons is 590 Czk (22,5 Eur). If you would like to order the airport pickup, please let us know flight details as the pickup date, time of arrival and flight number together with your room order.
Taxi
You can catch it outside the Airport departure hall's area. Average cost for 1 - 4 persons is 590 Czk (22,5 Eur)
CEDAS
For transport they use Volkswagen Transporter minibuses for 8 persons and fare for 1 - 4 persons is 480 Czk (18,5 Eur). You go with the other people so it will take longer because it goes also around the other hotels.
Arriving from the Main Train Station
When getting to the Hotel 16 Prague from the Main Train station, take a subway (direction to "Haje") at the Hlavni Nadrazi station (red line, "C"), right in the train station grounds, get off at the I.P.Pavlova station in two stops. When you ascend from the subway, walk downhill across the main street. Than just walk down the Katerinska Street (this street is paralel with the main street where the trams are going). It takes you just 5 minutes to walk from the underground station to the Hotel 16 - Prague. Our centraly located hotel is situated on the left hand side next to the botanical garden.
